To restrict information from any printed or publicly available document or information source, a student must contact the Office of the Registrar before final registration of the Fall semester. Students have the right to inspect their education records within 45 days after submitting a request; seek amendment of the records they believe to be inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise in violation of their privacy rights; consent to disclosures of personally identifiable information contained in their records, except to the extent that the law authorizes disclosure without consent; and file a complaint concerning alleged failures of Grace to comply with the law. One exception which permits disclosure without consent is disclosure to school officials with legitimate educational interests who have access to all official records on students.
